We want every emblem you bring home from Shirzadstore to feel right. If a tee, hoodie, crewneck or tote is not what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days, and return shipping is on us. Here is how it works.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States, the only place we sell and deliver.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, if we ask for it

Items we cannot accept back

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

Approval Comes First

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Parcels sent without prior approval may be refused or may not be processed.

How to Return an Item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item or items you would like to return.
2. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Pack the item securely and send it back using that label. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is issued.
5. We inspect the returned item when it arrives.
6. We issue your refund.

Return Shipping Is Free

You do not pay to send an approved return back to us. The prepaid label we email covers the cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need extra time before the credit appears.
• We email you when the refund has been issued.
• The original shipping charge is not refundable, unless the law requires it or the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch to another size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. Our team is happy to help you check the Size Guide first.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will provide a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution, at no cost to you. If your parcel appears to be lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

What We Do Not Offer

We do not issue store credit, do not offer product warranties, and do not charge cancellation fees or require deposits.
