Every tee, hoodie, crewneck and tote at Shirzadstore is already in stock and ready to ship from our US warehouses. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs and how to follow your parcel on its way to you.

Where We Ship

We deliver to addresses in all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders leave from warehouses located in the US. We do not accept international orders and do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping Method and Carriers

We offer one method, Standard Shipping. Depending on your address and the size of your parcel, your order travels with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.

Delivery Timeline

Your order should arrive within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the date you place it. This window already includes order processing; it is not added on top.

• Processing: up to 3 business days to confirm payment, run a quality check, pack and hand your order to the carrier.
• In transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.
• Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday periods can occasionally push a parcel past the estimate. If that happens, we will help you follow up with the carrier.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check the latest status any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change a size, fix an address or cancel? Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are possible only before the order enters processing or shipment. Once it is on its way, we can no longer edit it, but you may still return eligible items under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once the carrier has it. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will help you arrange the next step.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will send a replacement, issue a refund or offer another suitable solution at no cost to you. If your tracking shows no progress or your parcel seems lost, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
